Office Manager

Ms. Decker serves as the executive assistant and office manager to Mountain Capital.

Prior to joining Mountain Capital, Ms. Decker served as conference center coordinator for Tudor Pickering Holt & Co. (“TPH”) and focused on managing calendars, organizing meetings, maintaining inventory and being the point of contact between vendors/clients and the firm. Prior to TPH, Ms. Decker was the administrative assistant and office manager at Gridiron Financial, where she handled day to day operations, event organization and firm marketing. Ms. Decker previously held a position as the Head Pastry Chef at a country club where she supervised bake shop operations, menu development, quality control, banquet production and assisted in event coordination.

Ms. Decker received a B.B.A. in Business Management with a concentration in small business entrepreneurship from University of Texas San Antonio and an Advanced Pastry Arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.
